Bonding Solutions is a national surety bond agency based in Mesa, Arizona. We help contractors and businesses across the country with all types of surety bonds. Our team works hard, learns fast, and supports each other. We’re hiring an in-office Commercial Account Manager to help manage our growing book of business. You’ll work directly with clients and insurance partners to handle bond requests, renewals, and day-to-day account activity. This is a hands-on role with clear systems, training, and support. You’ll have a voice on our team and the opportunity to grow into larger responsibilities as you learn the business.

- What matters most is that you’re teachable, organized, reliable, and take pride in your work.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in insurance, finance, or client service (not required).
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial bond clients.
- Handle renewals, payments, and bond documentation.
- Communicate quickly with clients, underwriters, and internal team members to solve problems.
- Keep client records and details accurate and up to date.
- Learn surety operations from the ground up with direct mentorship and on-the-job training.
