About The Position

Each day, you’ll partner with a portfolio of commercial clients—property managers, homeowner associations, realtors, builders, hotels, manufacturers, and more—to understand their needs and keep their operations protected. You’ll split your days between onsite visits or virtual check-ins, reviewing service results, resolving issues, and recommending proactive pest management strategies. Within your day, you may strengthen relationships by staying ahead of issues: monitoring service trends, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring fast, effective resolution when concerns arise. You’ll spot opportunities to upsell or expand services that create value for clients while supporting revenue growth. Some days will include preparing proposals, presenting solutions to decision-makers, and documenting action plans that keep clients engaged and confident in our partnership. By consistently communicating, anticipating needs, and advocating for your clients, you help drive satisfaction, long-term retention, and overall branch growth. This position reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales /account manager. Pest Control is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have & maintain a valid driver's license and motor vehicle record that conforms to our Safe Driver Policy and insurance requirements
  • Must pass the state-required exam for registration/certification after hired. Current industry license is a plus
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must be able to read and speak English fluently

Responsibilities

  • Ensure services meet regulatory, safety, and industry standards
  • Obtain and maintain all industry-required licenses and registrations through testing and continuing education credits
  • Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned commercial accounts, building and maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Build trusted relationships with assigned commercial clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for questions, needs, and escalations
  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and service reviews
  • Evaluate facilities and develop customized IPM programs
  • Review service data and reports to ensure effectiveness
  • Partner with service teams to deliver quality work and timely follow-up
  • Identify and recommend expanded or enhanced services
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and renewals while clearly explaining value
  • Consistently meet sales targets
  • Drive long-term retention through consistent performance
  • Respond quickly to service issues or increased pest activity
  • Implement corrective actions and track resolution
  • Communicate outcomes and next steps clearly to clients
  • Provide service updates, summaries, and recommendations
  • Lead regular client reviews
  • Maintain accurate CRM and internal documentation
  • Work closely with service, sales, and customer care teams
  • Educate clients on compliance, audits, and sanitation requirements
  • Manage time effectively across visits, follow-ups, and admin work
  • Focus on actions that protect revenue and reduce client churn
  • Attend required training and meetings as prescribed.
  • Perform other duties as required
