How we LEAD: We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Manager of Commerce to support or directly manage physical and digital commerce initiatives across the catalog of active frontline artists. This role is designed to bring a modern, dynamic approach to catalog monetization, aligning commerce strategy with ongoing artist activity, touring, anniversaries, cultural moments, and new releases. The role will include physical product strategy (CD, LP, special formats), inventory and stock management, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce initiatives, including artist webstores and merchandise programs. The position will also require a strong understanding of the DSP ecosystem, with the ability to support or directly manage relationships with select smaller or emerging digital platforms.
