Position Description The Student IT Assistant provides technical and administrative assistance to the Office of Financial Aid’s Information Technology (OFA IT) team while gaining hands-on experience in higher education operations and IT service management. This position supports daily OFA IT processes impacting the campus-wide community while maintaining strict privacy protocols and data protection standards. This position aids our students and staff by completing the following essential functions: Document support tickets and resolutions in our ticketing system Data & Systems Support Generate routine reports using pre-configured templates and stored procedures/views.
