What is Program Planning to Lockheed Martin? Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Summer 2026 Intern Program Planner. In this role, you will organizes tasks for mission success, scheduling design, development, and sustainability of products. It breaks down products into tasks, sets sequences & durations, ensuring on-time, in-budget, desired quality outcomes. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, critical thinking and problem solving abilities, experiences achieving team-oriented objectives and developing and delivering presentations. Requirements

Pursuing bachelor's degree with a graduation date between 2026 and 2027
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Experiences achieving team-oriented objectives
Experiences developing and delivering presentations
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have ability to obtain & maintain a Security Clearance as part of employment.

Nice To Haves

Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration
Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Previous experience with Microsoft Project or similar tool such as, Deltek OpenPlan
Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
