The Opportunity: Program Planner Your Role: As the Program Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning and execution of various manufacturing programs and projects. In this role, you will be involved with collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of programs. Reports To: Senior Planning Manager

Requirements

Previous experience with program costing and reporting
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Management

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment
ERP experience
APICS certification

Responsibilities

Analyzes, coordinates, and drives scheduling requirements to procure materials for production within strict timeframes.
Expedites parts to meet production schedules from both internal and external suppliers in cooperation with Procurement.
Identifies schedule-related risks and works with cross-functional teams to resolve.
Monitors the production schedules, daily inventories, daily job status and component receipts.
Provides planning documentation, including baseline schedules, updates, and reports.
