This position is for the Aeronautics 1LMX Program Planning & Integration (PP&I) team and will report to the Aeronautics 1LMX PPI Manager as part of the Central PP&I team. Summary of Key Duties This experienced professional level 4 position provides PP&I support for the Aero PP&I Central 1LMX team. Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of schedules in Deltek Open Plan Professional (OPP), Milestones Professional, PMCompass, and other tools. Schedules will be a mix of Agile and non-Agile schedules. Candidate will also integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control. This position will be an active participant in the evaluation of program and project planning and scheduling products and practices and will be instrumental in the resultant remediation activities upon identification of gaps. Must be a US Citizen, have ability to obtain & maintain a Security Clearance as part of employment. A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.
