About The Position

Aug Prep is more than a school, it's a community where excellence, faith, and holistic education come together. We’re not only about high standards but also creating a place where people love to grow, learn, and inspire! We currently serve over 2,400 K4-12 students in our ninth year at our South Campus. We are thrilled to launch our North Campus in the 26-27 school year, initially serving about 300 students in grades K4-6 and 9. In This Role You will own the logistics, systems, and coordination that power the College & Career program. This role ensures all programming, partnerships, and experiences are organized, communicated, and executed at a high level so advisors can focus fully on advising students. This is a non-advising role. The College & Career Program Coordinator is responsible for execution, logistics, and systems, not student advising or caseload management.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for all College & Career programming including events, workshops, college visits, and career experiences
  • Manage scheduling across students, staff, and external partners
  • Coordinate transportation, permissions, rosters, and day-of execution for off-campus experiences
  • Maintain a master calendar of all College & Career programming, milestones, and deadlines
  • Ensure all events and experiences are organized, staffed, and executed at a high level
  • Ensure advisors and leadership have clarity on upcoming events, deadlines, and opportunities
  • Support execution of key events such as College & Career Fair and Decision Day
  • Lead planning and execution of Family Info Nights (9-12)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for colleges, universities, pre-college programs, and workforce partners
  • Coordinate and schedule partner visits, info sessions, and on-campus programming
  • Maintain systems for tracking partner engagement, communication, and opportunities
  • Ensure consistent communication, follow-up, and relationship management with all partners
  • Support development and expansion of external partnerships
  • Own and execute all mass communication related to College & Career programming
  • Promote opportunities including events, internships, programs, and experiences
  • Ensure students and families receive clear, timely, and actionable information
  • Partner with Marketing & Communications to align messaging and visibility
  • Maintain systems for tracking programming, participation, and logistics including communication with school level administrators
  • Ensure accurate records of student participation in College & Career experiences
  • Support reporting needs tied to program execution and engagement
  • Build scalable systems for partner pipelines and program coordination across campuses
  • Support expansion of partnerships and programming aligned to North Campus rollout
  • Coordinate logistics for internships, job shadowing, career panels, and external experiences
  • Ensure students are scheduled, prepared, and confirmed for all experiences
  • Track participation and flag gaps in student access to opportunities
  • Handle all coordination details so advisors can focus on student preparation and follow-up
