PROGRAM COMMITMENT The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum. Program Dates: May 27 – August 7, 2026 To ensure that all associates can fully benefit from the program’s training, mentorship, and project work, we kindly ask applicants to confirm their availability for the full length of the program . THE JOB The Regional Sales Strategy College Associate will support the Brand Partnerships and Live Music Sales team by compiling competitive intelligence across the entertainment and live events landscape, analyzing historical data to inform strategic decision-making, and identifying emerging trends at a market level. This role will collaborate with key internal stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to gather insights, assist in the development of pitch materials, and support research projects that drive revenue opportunities. The associate will also gain firsthand exposure to the end-to-end sales cycle through shadowing live deal flows, contributing to real-time business strategies, and supporting trend-sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or recent graduate
  • Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
  • Interest in learning new (web) related technologies and software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Strong interpersonal skills/EQ
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa

Responsibilities

  • Compile competitive activity within the brand partnerships, live music, and entertainment landscape
  • Gather and analyze historical data from various sources to help inform decision making
