PROGRAM COMMITMENT The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum. Program Dates: May 27 – August 7, 2026 To ensure that all associates can fully benefit from the program’s training, mentorship, and project work, we kindly ask applicants to confirm their availability for the full length of the program . Consistency keeps the College Associate program in sync and ensures everyone gets the full experience, from the first project kick-off to the final showcase. We want you here for all the good stuff! THE JOB The Live Nation Content Studio (LNCS) is a full-scale production team that produces video content campaigns from creative development through post-production. You will work closely with internal LNCS content producers and directors to assist in the development, coordination and production of video and social content for partner brands, Setlist.FM and other Live Nation O&O properties and initiatives. Given the nature of the team, you will have the opportunity to oversee video projects throughout the entirety of their lifecycles (development, pre-production, production and post-production) and get hands-on experience working on or around video set(s). A passion for music, video production and a “can do” approach are musts.

Requirements

  • A passion for all things music and video production
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment that requires frequent multi-tasking
  • A team-player mentality and the ability to balance multiple projects at once
  • An understanding of changing social media trends and best practices
  • Eagerness to contribute original content ideas in large creative brainstorms
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2+ years of experience on or around production sets
  • 1+ years of experience in project management or coordination
  • 1+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Premiere Pro and Photoshop preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize meeting notes, project trackers, production calendars and daily communications for multiple content campaigns simultaneously
  • Build and source content assets for creative pitch decks
  • Summarize original content ideas into concept overviews for written creative briefs or beat sheets
  • Research and stay on top of trends/best practices of social platforms, including observing brands and sharing successful campaigns with the team
  • Create and prepare shooting schedules and production books for video shoots
  • Assist content producers and directors with pre-production preparation and on set tasks
  • Shoot and edit behind-the-scenes style photos and/or video content on set or at select live shows for Setlist.FM
  • Contribute and/or assist in creative feedback on video cuts throughout the post-production process
