The College Academic Records Manager provides student record oversight, degree auditing, registration assistance, and catalog preparation for a college. Assists students in the preparation and completion of degree programs within the College (core requirements, major requirements, concentrations, sequences, etc.). Keeps accurate and current data on all degree programs to ensure understanding among the College community related to policies, requirements, and procedures. Works to reduce time to degree and retain students. Meets regularly with prospective and current students to both share accurate information and solve problems. Reviews all applications for graduation and ensure timely communication to students.
