In this role, you will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts, communicating with customers, and negotiating repayment solutions. Requirements

Previous experience in collections, customer service, call center, or related field preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks efficiently
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Basic computer skills (CRM systems, databases, or similar tools

Responsibilities

Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication regarding outstanding balances
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements based on customer situations
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities
Conduct research to locate customers and verify contact information (skip tracing)
Review account details and assess repayment ability
Provide professional and empathetic customer service while resolving payment issues
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable laws
Prepare reports on collection progress and account status
Collaborate with internal teams and management on escalated cases
