About The Position

Full-Time Collection Specialist on-site Potential hybrid schedule after 90 days of employment We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialist with a base pay of $15 per hour plus a monthly Performance Bonus! Our Company: Revco Solutions Inc. is an Accounts Receivable Management Corporation located in Dayton, OH with a dynamic team environment in which you will enjoy comprehensive benefits and competitive pay. Position: We will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and training to become in your role. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, One Shift 10am-7pm per week
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
- Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills
