About The Position

As a Collections Specialist, you will communicate with consumers via phone and approved written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts. You will provide thorough, efficient, and accurate updates to account files for each interaction while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations governing the collections industry. Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment are essential, and you will perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to type and speak simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to confidentiality and data protection.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasked, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
