The role offers competitive compensation, with an average total pay of $15.00 to $19.68 including bonuses. Requirements

  • Experience as a rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Professional communication skills in English
  • Strong computer and phone skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements by reviewing applications
  • Provide excellent customer service while making phone calls to customers regarding expired agreements
  • Make phone calls to references on expired accounts
  • Actively listen and assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment as necessary
  • Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
  • Go out into the field to pick up product and distribute door hangers
  • Handle challenging opportunities quickly while providing top-notch customer service
  • Multitask effectively while managing the pace of calls and staying focused on the customer
  • Meet weekly goals
