Job Purpose: Under the direction of the Billing Manager, the Collections Assistant will manage the firm's collections activities according to established policies and procedures and will also provide recommendations for updated procedures to maximize results. The Legal Collection Assistant or Specialist will be responsible for managing the firm's collections activities according to established policies and procedures, and for updating procedures to maximize efficiency and results.
