About The Position

The Collections Specialist-NA position will be responsible for collecting the maximum amount of overdue funds from customers, which may include a variety of collection techniques.
Requirements
- Must be computer literate and able to type 60 wpm
- Must be professional, self-motivated, energetic, and have excellent attendance.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be result-oriented and solution-driven.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products
