As a recovery professional you will complete our two-week professional recovery agent training, then work to resolve open accounts with customers. You will be responsible for using negotiation methodologies, maintaining trustful customer relationships, and ensuring timely payments toward recovery goals. Essential Duties Utilize various contact technology and recovery strategies to locate right parties. Understand the customers situation and identify best means of payment plan. Negotiate payment terms with empathy, tact, and professionalism. Make outbound and receive inbound calls. Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures. Respond effectively to common challenges to collection calls while discussing means of resolving open accounts. Meet monthly goals and perform other assigned duties. Attend meetings and training and review all new training material to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes. Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements.
