Help members navigate financial challenges with compassion and problem‑solving. As a Collections Solutions Specialist, you’ll support members in getting back on track!

Requirements

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive conversations
• Attention to detail and strong prioritization skills
• A member‑focused mindset with a passion for helping others
• High school diploma
• Two+ years of experience in collections, lending, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, solution‑focused service in every interaction
• Contact members by phone, written communication, and occasional in‑person meetings
• Deescalate difficult conversations and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of all member interactions
• Partner with internal teams to create and implement compliant member solutions
