We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with real consumer collections leadership experience and a standout personality. This role is highly customer-facing. You’ll lead live web meetings with customers, teach them how to use our software, and help them get meaningful results. Building rapport, communicating clearly, and educating customers are critical to success in this role.
