About The Position
Help keep the business moving by resolving accounts—fast, fair, and professionally. CR&R is hiring a Collections Representative to manage high-volume residential and commercial accounts. This role is phone-heavy, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who can balance firm collections with strong customer service.
Requirements
- 2+ years in collections, AR, or high-volume customer account work
- Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
- Confident handling difficult or escalated conversations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fast-paced office
Responsibilities
- Making and receiving high-volume calls to customers with past-due balances
- Collecting payments and setting up payment arrangements
- Resolving billing questions and account disputes
- Documenting every customer interaction accurately
- Working daily with internal teams to close out issues quickly
