The role of the Collections Manager will include managing the daily collection process for business to business transactions, reviewing and analyzing reports, and researching and responding to escalated customer inquiries and disputes. Daily responsibilities include:

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in corporate collections or accounts receivable
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Manage day to day collection activities
Supervise a department of 4 collectors
Provide leadership, training, and guidance to the team
Review delinquent accounts to determine appropriate action
Analyze and resolve escalated customer inquiries and disputes in a professional manner
Prepare and analyze reports for distribution to upper management and various other entities
