Requirements

Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
2 Years Collection experience or equivalent.
Good understanding of personal computers, Microsoft Excel and Word, Get Paid collections software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

TTMS or trucking experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Corresponds with customers owing past due amounts by telephone, fax, mail or email.
Plan and execute actions that includes documentation to provide a customer with information needed in order to promptly clear past due accounts.
Obtains and mails 2nd request and balance due invoices as requested by customer.
To research as necessary any past due amounts through sales, rates or billing and request any needed corrections.
Assist with related special projects as required.
Contacts customers and Sales Representatives pertaining to invoicing requirements.
Communicates receivable management practices to both internal and external customers
