Job Summary This position reports to the Billing & Collections Manager and serves as a key partner to attorneys and firm leadership in managing and resolving outstanding accounts receivable. This role provides full-service collections support for assigned offices, practices, and/or insurance carriers, with a focus on proactive follow-up, issue resolution, and improving overall cash flow and collection performance. The Senior Collector is trusted to manage complex and high-value accounts, exercise sound judgment in sensitive collection matters, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role collaborates closely with Client Account Managers, Billing Coordinators, E-Billers, and attorneys to ensure timely payment, resolve client and carrier issues, and support firmwide collections objectives.
