This role involves maintaining customer relationships, primarily through phone and computer work, to renew customer agreements and facilitate prompt payments. Responsibilities include reviewing applications for renewal opportunities, contacting customers regarding expired agreements, and following up with references. The specialist will also assist in resolving issues, scheduling merchandise turn-ins, and conducting field visits for product pickup and door hangers. The ideal candidate will possess patience, tact, and strong multitasking abilities to handle challenging situations and meet weekly goals in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
