About The Position

As a Collection Agent, you'll help people navigate financial challenges while working to recover outstanding balances on behalf of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who communicates with empathy, listens well, and stays focused on achieving results.
You'll play an important role in creating positive outcomes by helping individuals find solutions while supporting the financial health of the clients we serve.

Requirements

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.

• Previous collections or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts (inbound/outbound calls).
• Listen to understand each person's situation and offer appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements that are realistic and sustainable.
• Document all interactions and agreements accurately.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Represent clients professionally while maintaining a respectful, solutions-focused approach.
