About The Position
Driven Brands is seeking a motivated Collection Specialist with experience in high volume collections to join our team! What you'll Drive: Minimizes financial risk to the organization by assessing and advising on creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers Investigates credit applications and approves applications within established guidelines for companies and individuals Liaises with corporate customers and other departments to resolve credit problems May collect and negotiate terms of payment on overdue accounts Responsibilities are within the Credit and Collections Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines KSAs: Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions Completes work with a limited degree of supervision Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience in high volume collections
