  • Experience handling payments, account issues, or difficult conversations

Responsibilities

  • Contact members with accounts 11–29 days past due to assist with bringing loans current
  • Work with members to identify payment solutions and repayment options
  • Handle returned payments and checks , ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Contact members experiencing first-payment defaults and help resolve issues early
  • Review accounts for loan maturity and payment accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records of all member interactions and account activity
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account-related issues
  • Follow all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
