Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Customer service, call center, or collections experience
- Banking, credit union, or financial services experience
- Experience handling payments, account issues, or difficult conversations
Responsibilities
- Contact members with accounts 11–29 days past due to assist with bringing loans current
- Work with members to identify payment solutions and repayment options
- Handle returned payments and checks , ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Contact members experiencing first-payment defaults and help resolve issues early
- Review accounts for loan maturity and payment accuracy
- Maintain accurate records of all member interactions and account activity
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account-related issues
- Follow all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
