The Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo, is seeking bright, collaborative, energetic, detail-oriented and highly skilled candidates for the position of Collaborative Courts Program Manager. The Collaborative Courts Program Manager supports the innovative efforts of the collaborative courts, also known as problem-solving courts. Collaborative courts combine judicial supervision with rehabilitation services that are rigorously monitored, and which focus on recovery to reduce recidivism and improve offender outcomes. The collaborative courts include, but are not limited to, Pathways Mental Health Court, Bridges Treatment Court, Drug Court/Proposition 36 Court, Veterans Court, 1370 Court, CARE Court, and Restitution Court. The Collaborative Courts Program Manager (Program Manager) is responsible for coordinating the activities, policy, program support, and successful operation of the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo's collaborative courts. The Program Manager is also responsible for working with judicial officers, court staff, and staff of county justice agencies to ensure the successful operation of the collaborative courts to which they are assigned. In addition, the Program Manager will provide supervision and mentorship for Management Analyst I and other staff working in the collaborative courts program. The classification for the Collaborative Courts Program Manager is Management Analyst II.
