We are seeking a Program Management Analyst II to join our U.S./UK Joint Program team in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will provide you the opportunity to support U.S./UK Joint Program logistical and technical meetings. You will become the technical lead for several meeting forums assigned to you, requiring the exceptional ability to proactively organize, communicate, and manage the flow of information in each forum. This position will require you to prepare agendas, announcements, action item logs, watch lists, and attendee listings, as well as write meeting summaries, documenting the key points and important decisions made between the U.S. and UK governments. You will be trained to assist the U.S. Government customers in keeping them appraised of the current concerns prevalent in your meeting forums. You will be the Navy liaison for the atomic reporting, as well as the Polaris Sales Agreement (PSA) export control requirements and tracking. You will provide assistance in preparing and transmitting electronic files between our U.S. Government customers and their contractors, as well as making sure the information is expeditiously transferred to the UK team through defined information sharing channels. Additionally, you will be the liaison for UK MDA and PSA export control requirements and tracking. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively: Work independently across a multi-regional team, which will require prodigious communication skills via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. Become the dedicated point of contact for all meeting management and logistics between the U.S. and UK government and their contractors for assigned meeting forums Coordinate and host technical program meetings to include: Meeting preparation to include drafting agendas, confirming attendees, reviewing action item status, and drafting customer presentations Documenting key takeaways, decisions, and action items during the meeting Preparing written summaries afterwards to submit to customers for approval Document, track, and report on technical program meeting action items and deliverables Understand and manage transmissibility reporting for all atomic information exchanges with the UK government Track and support electronic file transmission for various meetings and briefings Write technical reports and other technical documentation as required by the contract Perform other duties in support of the customer as required Able and willing to travel domestically/internationally in accordance with customer meeting requirements
