Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cold Header Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and its application in machining.
• Experience with Dovetail CNC and various machining centers (3-4 axis and 5+ axis).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• You should be proficient in: GD&T Dovetail CNC Troubleshooting Skills OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Tape Measure Reading

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Fanuc CNC mills (3-4 axis and 5+ axis VMC) and Universal Machining Centers.
• Set up and adjust machines according to specifications, ensuring adherence to GD&T standards.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve machining issues effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Implement Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles to enhance production efficiency.
• Measure and inspect parts using tape measures and other precision tools to guarantee quality.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA 10-Hour Certification standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and improve workflow.
