About The Position

We’re hiring a skilled Header Welder to join a leading Tulsa manufacturing facility specializing in precision fabrication and advanced welding applications. This role is perfect for a hands-on welder with expertise in MIG and TIG processes who thrives in a high-performance, team-driven environment. The Header Welder will play a key role in fabricating headers and components with a focus on quality, precision, and consistency. You’ll work from blueprints, ensure welds meet structural specifications, and help maintain production goals without compromising on safety or workmanship.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIG and TIG welding applications.
• Must pass a 6G pipe test (2½” Carbon TOA SCH 160).
• Strong understanding of header fabrication and structural welding processes.
• Ability to work from detailed prints and maintain precise tolerances.
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship and dependable attendance.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on headers, tubes, and plate assemblies.
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols .
• Weld tube-to-plate, plate-to-plate, and pipe-to-plate configurations.
• Inspect welds visually and dimensionally to meet company and client standards.
• Follow all safety and quality control procedures in the welding shop.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area to ensure peak performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality goals .
