As the Coffeehouse Operations Support Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the Coffeehouse Operations team and the field organization with project planning, documentation, communication and presentation creation. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to identify goals, deliverables, and objectives, ensure that impact and timing is considered and plan for effective delivery. Your role acts as a liaison between our field operators and Support Center, through which you will execute existing processes, identify new opportunities and work cross-functionally to bring solutions to life. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure that field workload and messaging consistently reflects our strategic priorities and core values. You will be responsible for supporting change management and ensuring effective field activation through the tools, resources and communication vehicles you support.
