Requirements

  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • High school diploma

Responsibilities

  • Familiar with all menu items, able to explain ingredients and preparation to customers when needed.
  • Exhibits a cost-conscious approach, applying portion control and minimizing waste; ensures refrigerated units are kept closed when not in use.
  • Warmly welcomes customers and engages with them using positive and professional communication skills.
  • Prepares and serves a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos, following precise recipes and preparation standards.
  • Keeps the food and coffee cart display neat, appealing, and well-organized, while confirming menu items, portion sizes, and pricing.
  • Adapts easily to work in all positions within the cafeteria, demonstrating flexibility to meet team demands and changing schedules.
