About The Position

Requirements

  • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays
  • Must have the ability to communicate in English
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition

Responsibilities

  • Providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service to beach and pool guests
  • Taking orders and delivering cocktails, beverages, and menu items accurately
  • Maintaining a clean and organized service environment
  • Anticipating guest needs and ensuring an outstanding guest experience
  • Following all hotel, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
