About The Position

Join The Luce Hotel and help create unforgettable beachside experiences for our
guests.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

Must have the ability to communicate in English.  Self-starting personality with
an even disposition.  Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all
times.  Can communicate well with guests.  Must be willing to “pitch-in” and
help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.  Must be able to
withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.  Ability to lift at
least 30 lbs.

Requirements

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays
• Must have the ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service to beach and pool guests
• Taking orders and delivering cocktails, beverages, and menu items accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organized service environment
• Anticipating guest needs and ensuring an outstanding guest experience
• Following all hotel, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
