About The Position

Join the team at our Exclusive Beach Club located directly on the beautiful Gulf coast at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. As a Server, you will deliver elevated, personalized service in a relaxed yet refined open-air beachfront setting. This role requires energy, poise, and a passion for hospitality while creating unforgettable experiences for our club members and guests. Requirements

  • Stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hour shifts)
  • Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30–40 pounds
  • Frequently bend, reach, twist, and stoop
  • Must be able to serve food and drinks walking across the sand to beach chairs
  • Work in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, wind, and occasional rain
  • Tolerate direct sun exposure and high temperatures
  • Move quickly and safely across sand, deck surfaces, and tiled areas
  • Maintain stamina and a positive attitude during peak service times
  • Safely navigate wet floors and crowded dining areas
  • Previous serving experience preferred (resort or upscale dining experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all members and guests
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
  • Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure quality standards are met
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
  • Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
  • Work collaboratively with bartenders, food runners, and culinary team
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and resort standards
