About The Position
The Cocktail Server is to provide beverages and service to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Alcohol Awareness Card required.
- Minimum 1 year cocktailing experience is preferred.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry a tray of 25 lbs at chest and stand for long periods of time.
- Able to work any day of the week and any shift.
- Possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year cocktailing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge guests by making eye contact, sincerely greeting and thanking them.
- Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
- Serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly.
- Applies knowledge of drink pricing and mixology.
- Applies knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels.
- Completes all side work requirements.
- Demonstrates understanding of casino floor sections.
