The Cocktail Server is responsible for serving food and/or beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner, adhering to established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards. This role involves greeting guests, taking and serving beverage orders, and fulfilling guest requests. The server must also comply with all state, federal, and corporate requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. Additional duties include stocking service stations, following cash handling procedures, performing side work, and assisting with other food and beverage functions like bartending and bussing during peak times or staffing shortages. A key aspect of the role is to contribute to increasing guest satisfaction and following sustainability guidelines.
