We are seeking a night shift Coating Supervisor to support our team at FieldTurf, a world leader in artificial turf with over 25,000 installations worldwide. The Coating Supervisor directs and manages coating operations with overall responsibilities for safety, production, maintenance, quality, and other production-related activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This role is based out of the Calhoun, GA Office and will be reporting to the Coating Manager. The shift will be 7p-7a Monday through Thursday. FieldTurf is part of Tarkett Sports. Requirements

3-5 years of related work experience
Interpersonal skills and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have proven leadership skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science Degree or Business-related field, preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Drive production, review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
Drive operational excellence and profitability incorporating best practices.
Guide and develop hourly crew leaders and hourly production associates.
Review plans and collaborate with engineering and quality to develop new product processes.
Ensure coating operations and precise controls are maintained.
Implement cost effective systems.
Adhere to budget ensuring that materials, labor, and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets
Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives
Incorporate shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel
Provide direction, development and leadership in a high functioning and quick paced environment.
Prepare and maintain production reports daily, personnel records and employee disciplinary actions
Attend meetings with a professional demeanor and able to give production reports as needed.
