About The Position

Do you have experience in the coating industry and are looking to further your career with a growing company? We are looking for an experienced Coating Advisor to apply their skills and knowledge to our international projects. In this role, you'll be on-site with a Korean-based customer, providing professional technical guidance. You'll be the trusted link between teams - bridging culture, solving challenges in real time, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Give clear instructions to clients and relevant Jotun staff on paint application by working on site with relevant client representatives to ensure the coating specification is met and in accordance with customer expectations. Carry out inspections of a specific project assigned to you by your direct manager by working independently, following the ITP and working procedures in order to ensure that the product is applied in accordance with the specification. Write relevant reports by compiling data from inspections in order to document that the specification inspection criteria have been met.

• Strong knowledge of coating specifications, quality standards, and surface preparation requirements.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues across different cultures.
