4636 Coating - Coating Specialist I
About The Position
Our entry-level Machinist I operator will be responsible for working in all areas of the Coating department; running PVD coating units, operating blasting equipment, stripping tools in chemical baths, and performing 100% inspection of tools. Operator will need to follow work instructions, use precise measuring instruments, and may perform mathematical calculations. Entry-level Operators work under the training and supervision of experienced Machinists. Fulfilling the duties and responsibilities requires communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. We are looking for applicants who are dependable, focused on providing the highest-level quality product to the customer, and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Operate PVD coating units
- Operate bead blasting equipment
- Strip tools in chemical baths
- Inspect all work
- Use safe practices at all times
