About The Position

Responsible for proper operating and maintenance of coating equipment and operation of the oven, accountable for the quality of his/her duties, under supervision. Services, sets-up, operates , maintains, adjusts, makes changeovers, and wash-up . Performs these duties to maintain maximum production efficiency and product quality. Diagnoses mechanical and quality problems . Determines necessary repairs and restores defective equipment to service with minimum amount of spoilage and delays. Maintains reports and records production and changeovers as and/or directed. Maintains working area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Reports unusual events accidents, damage, and emergencies immediately to supervision. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read, write, comprehend , and follow instructions
• Can-do, will-do attitude

• Starting pay is $ 28.54/hour
• $0. 8 0/hour shift differential (6PM – 6AM)
