Responsible for proper operating and maintenance of coating equipment and operation of the oven, accountable for the quality of his/her duties, under supervision. Services, sets-up, operates, maintains, adjusts, makes changeovers, and wash-up. Performs these duties to maintain maximum production efficiency and product quality. Diagnoses mechanical and quality problems. Determines necessary repairs and restores defective equipment to service with minimum amount of spoilage and delays. Maintains reports and records production and changeovers as required and/or directed. Maintains working area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Reports unusual events accidents, damage, and emergencies immediately to supervision. Perform other duties as assigned by management
