About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating Operator to work as an intricate part of our Paint team. As a Powder Coating Operator, you will apply powder coatings to various metal surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities. Requirements

Previous experience in industrial painting, manufacturing, or other related fields.
Familiarity with painting/powder coat tools and procedures.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Ability to read and understand written instructions.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Perform industrial powder coat painting processes on production materials in accordance with quality standards.
Must be capable of providing a high-quality finish with both automatic and hand spray gun.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to maintain quality production standards.
Comply with all safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment in a safe and competent manner.
Must be dependable and punctual.
Responsible for good housekeeping in your work area.
Some heavy lifting is required.
Other duties as required.
