About The Position

The Coaching Coordinator will play a key role in managing and supporting our team of 30+ instructors across Miami. The Coaching Coordinator is responsible for managing the instructor performance through regular evaluation and performance conversations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all instructors meet the standards of program quality and creating a liberating culture within the team and the organization. We only require the passion for positively impacting children’s lives and look for individuals that are safety conscious, caring, organized, responsible and energetic. You will be the face of Soccer Shots and responsible for executing incredible sessions that showcase what Soccer Shots is all about to new instructors and key stake holders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 1-3 years of event planning or customer service experience
  • Experience working or supervising part-time employees
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in G-Suite and MS Office
  • Warm, motivated and approachable personality

Responsibilities

  • Manage instructor performance through regular evaluations, training, performance discussions, and performance improvement plans. Provide feedback on instructors to all stake holders.
  • Coordinate all on-field interviews
  • Develop strong relationships with part-time instructors; identify key individuals that can grow within our organization
  • Manage creation of schedules and management of schedules for part-time instructors across different territories
  • Assist in leading regular instructor meetings to discuss new initiatives, trends, etc.
  • Create initiatives that further elevate our core values and provide a positive experience for our part-time instructors
  • Evaluate and identify KPI with coaching team to improve NPS scores
  • Weekly maintenance of inventory and prize distribution near mid- and end- of season
  • Assist in weekly meetings with Coaching Coordinator and Program Director to discuss and analyze program quality and needs
  • Coach up to 20-25 sessions per week per Winter/Summer season. Coach up to 30-35 sessions per week per Spring/Fall season. Where possible, use coaching sessions as training opportunities for new coaches.
