Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Baseball Coaching Intern to join our
team. This internship provides hands-on experience in coaching youth baseball
players, developing training programs, and creating engaging curriculum to
enhance player development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding
of the game, a desire to teach and mentor young athletes, and the ability to
contribute to program development both on and off the field.

Requirements

• Passion for baseball and youth development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well with young athletes, parents, and coaching staff.
• Creativity in designing engaging and effective training drills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to commit to scheduled practices and events.

Nice To Haves

• Previous playing experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred.
• Coaching experience or prior involvement in youth sports programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching youth baseball teams during practices and games, providing instruction on fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies.
• Develop age-appropriate training drills and activities to improve player performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with coaches to create a structured baseball curriculum that focuses on skill progression, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Support player development through individualized feedback and mentorship.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating camps, clinics, and special events.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging environment for all participants.
• Ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed at all times.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program improvement discussions.
