About The Position

We re looking for a dynamic and motivated Coaching Consultant to help drive our coaching initiatives and connect with potential clients. As a Coaching Consultant, you'll play a key role in engaging with real estate professionals, offering personalized coaching solutions, and helping them unlock their potential. Responsibilities

  • Engage Prospects: Schedule appointments with potential clients and make meaningful connections to build lasting relationships.
  • Be Entrepreneurial: Proactively prospect for leads and generate referrals through creative and persistent outreach.
  • Consult with Clients: Conduct 45-minute to 1-hour phone consultations with real estate agents to understand their needs and recommend appropriate coaching programs.
  • Solve Problems: Help agents overcome challenges and enroll them in our coaching programs or SaaS solutions.
  • Educate and Inform: Stay up-to-date with our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Track and manage new leads using Salesforce and other tools to ensure organized follow-up.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Participate in regular sales meetings to share ideas, strategies, and best practices.
  • Stay Updated: Keep current with advanced sales techniques and industry trends to continually improve performance.
