About The Position

The Marlborough Public Schools currently has the following coaching positions for the 2025/2026 School year: SPRING SEASON SPORTS March 16, 2026 to June 13, 2026 HIGH SCHOOL: Head Coach Baseball (II) Head Coach Lacrosse (G) (II) Head Coach Outdoor Track (B) (II) Head Coach Outdoor Track (G) (II) Head Coach Softball (II) Head Coach Volleyball (B) (II) Head Coach Tennis (B) (III) Head Coach Tennis (G) (III) Unified Sports (VIII) V Asst. Coach Baseball (III) V Asst. Coach Softball (III) V Asst. Coach Outdoor Track (B) (V) V Asst. Coach Outdoor Track (G) (V) JV Coach Baseball (V) JV Coach Softball (V) JV Coach Lacrosse (G) (V) JV Coach Volleyball (B) (V) MIDDLE SCHOOL: Coach Baseball (IV) Coach Softball (IV) Coach Outdoor Track (B) (IV) Coach Outdoor Track (G) (IV) IMPORTANT: Stipends are contingent upon the sport season happening in the 2025-26 School Year. If a sport is cancelled in full, there will be no stipend paid. If a sport is cancelled in part, a stipend may be pro-rated depending on the length of time of the cancellation. Job Description: Oversees the management, coaching, and development of the team. Institutes practice plans and game management. Assist with hiring process of varsity assistants and sub- varsity staffs (when applicable). Performs other specific duties as directed by the Director of Athletics.

• Previous coaching and/or playing experience (minimum high school level)
