About The Position

Choice Hotels, one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors, is seeking a Co-Pilot Engineer to join our AI Operations organization. This role is designed for an AI-savvy, people-focused professional who excels at helping teams successfully adopt, use, and measure AI capabilities across the enterprise. The Co-Pilot Engineer 3 acts as a bridge between AI technology and day-to-day business work. Rather than building AI systems directly, this role focuses on enablement, adoption, and education. Ensuring that AI tools, agents, and automations are understood, trusted, and deliver real value. This role is ideal for someone who understands AI concepts and tools, communicates clearly with non-technical audiences, and enjoys helping others work more effectively alongside AI. #MakeItYourChoice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, communications, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with AI tools and concepts applied in a professional setting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to train and enable others.
  • Comfort working with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in data analysis, metric extraction, and reporting.
  • Organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about AI.

Responsibilities

  • AI Enablement & Education Teach teams how to use AI tools through training, demos, workshops, and office hours. Clearly and simply translating AI concepts tailored to the audience.
  • Adoption & Implementation Support Guide rollout of AI agents and workflows, support user onboarding and ensure usability.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Opportunity Identification partnerships with business teams to understand workflows and challenges, identify and qualify AI opportunities, document potential use cases.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement Track adoption, gather feedback, and identify improvements.
  • Standards, Playbooks, & Reporting Contribute to scalable enablement materials, documentations, and dashboards.
