As Finance Manager (Co-Pilot), Revenue Growth Management, you’ll serve as the Division Sales Finance Manager (DSFM) for Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages—a high-impact partner to Sales and Finance leadership, helping shape commercial strategy and deliver profitable growth. You’ll own the financial stewardship of the Waters Division P&L trade investment budget, ensuring funds are allocated effectively across the market and translated into strong business plans. In this role, you’ll drive performance against APEX targets—including Organic Growth, Profit, and Market Share. This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional influence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of finance experience and strong fundamentals on budgeting and forecasting
  • Willingness to constantly learn, think critically and pragmatically solve problems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to harmoniously work in a cross-functional team and negotiate solutions while maintaining financial rigor

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in commercial/sales finance
  • CPG/FMCG industry knowledge
  • Solid understanding of syndicated data (Nielsen or IRI)
  • Previous field finance experience

Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual revenue and trade budget; strategically deploy targets at the retailer level in alignment with the division sales team.
  • Facilitate the achievement of revenue and trade targets through regular monitoring of retailer plans. Drive action, when necessary, to close revenue gaps and/or prevent trade risks to the annual plan.
  • Continuously improve trade investment and promotional efficiency through the evaluation of pre- and post-promotional analysis.
  • Deliver accuracy in the annual and monthly forecast of revenue and trade spend. Reconcile monthly variances between forecast and actuals to identify gaps in forecasting practices.
  • Lead the implementation of SRM (strategic revenue management) initiatives, including changes in price & promotional strategy, new pack architecture, etc.
  • Partner with division sales team to deliver the annual commercial planning process. Align on the Y+1 price and promotional strategy; provide guidance on funding requirements to execute; ensure alignment with division leadership on financial implications.
  • Provide objective visibility to division leadership team on business performance; shipments, consumption, market share.
